Sanskriti School Chanakyapuri Cannot Increase Fees Delhi Govt

Parents are upset about the large fees to be charged to schools during the Corona outbreak, but the Delhi government will take action against schools that raise the fees. Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia presented this information at a press conference.

This announcement of the Delhi Government on school fees has brought news of parental relief. The Government has also revoked permission to raise fees for the Renowned School of Culture in the Chanakyapuri part of Delhi.

In the run-up to the Corona outbreak, the Government allowed culture school to lift tuition. After this, following persistent protests from parents, the Delhi government investigated that it was finding that the school had not audited its finances and that, according to the 2017 to 18 reports, the school had surplus revenue, so what to do to raise the fees? Necessary.

Sanskriti School had raised the fees by 83%, which are now canceled by the Delhi Government. Manish Sisodia, Deputy CM and Minister of Education of the Government of Delhi, said in a press conference on private school fees that no school is permitted to lift prices during this situation.

All the schools that do this are being specifically pursued. Earlier, the Delhi government released orders to private schools that only parents’ fees would be paid during the Corona era. Apart from that, no payments of any sort should be charged by the guardians.

Manish Sisodia had said that schools that had received any extra payments other than school fees would have to send them in the coming months. So, the Government released orders to private schools that only the parents’ fees will be paid during the Corona era.
